APHA has granted a waiver to PHCO to host Yearling Longe Line prior to May 15
Show Fees
Stall Fees: $90/weekend (10th thru 12th) or $75 for Day Stall (No overnight usage)
Early Move In: $35 - Arrive Thursday (Must make arrangements with Stall Manager)
Office Fee: $20.00 Show Fee: $10.00 / Judge
Trail Practice Fee: $10.00 per trail exhibitor Schooling Classes: $10.00
* APHA & ALL BREED CLASSES WILL HAVE TWO JUDGES
APHA Class Fees- $25.00 or Weekend Division Rate $100 (1 horse/rider combination)
WCHA Class Fee is $85 Flat (Mandatory stall with PHCO waived)
All Breed Class Fees- $15.00 or Weekend Division Rate $80 (1 horse/ rider combination)
APHA Limited Classes are Buckle Classes. (Eligibility for APHA Limited Classes – No World or Rsv World championships in last 5 years in any association – Must fill out Special Limited Form)
*ApHC CLASSES WILL BE THREE JUDGES
ApHC Class Fee- $35.00 or Weekend Division Rate $125.00 (1 horse/rider combination)
NATIONAL POINTS FEE (3 judges) Open Fee- $6.00 YA/NP Fee- $3.00
Show Rules
1. Exhibitor MUST show in 1 Halter and at least 3 Performance classes to be eligible for Show High Point.
2. APHA requires each exhibitor to show a CURRENT APHA membership card at each show prior to receiving back number.
3. ApHC exhibitors must show CURRENT ApHC membership card to receive back number.
4. ALL Classes will be conducted and judged in accordance with current APHA & ApHC Rules.
5. The age of a youth (YA) competitor on January 1st shall be maintained throughout the calendar year and will determine the age group in which youth can compete.
6. The Show office will have APHA , PHCO, ApHC memberships available in the office for purchase.
7. Classes MUST be entered in the SHOW OFFICE at least 2 classes prior to the class entering the pen. THERE WILL BE NO ADDS AT THE GATE.
8. Patterns will be posted on the PHCO website. www.okpainthorse.org or www.okaphc.com
9. Changes of the schedule or splitting of classes will be at show managements discretion to keep an efficient and smooth running horse show.
10. Show Management reserves the right to utilize other arenas at any time to facilitate an efficient and smooth horse show.
